Friendliest staff ever, walked in they sat me down and took my information, minutes later I applied online, I highly recommend PJ the leasing consultant, I proud to be apart of the friendly atmosphere and the surrounding neighborhood.

Beautiful apartments and great amenities.

Staff was accommodating with helping us view a model unit and telling us our options and outlining pricing.

As a visiting family member, the whole complex and apts, club house, and pool were super clean and easily accessible! The Mgr was super nice!

I lived here for about 2 and a half years and this place will be the best i've ever had, not only did every single person in the office know me and my wife by name but also the maintenance guys. whenever i had an problem it took 10 mins tops for them to show up and fix it no questions asked. its a quiet area and friendly people around me. we had some problem kids in a apartment close to us and it was not long after that they were taken care off and had to leave. Thank you to all the personnel. We really miss our home there and you guys deserve a 5+ star rating!!

Beautiful area, hiking trails and beautiful apt floor plans!

I lived here for a year, first apartment out of college. I couldn't have chosen a better place for my first apartment. Office staff is very friendly and helpful and called me by first name when I came in (I got a lot of packages). Moving in was smooth and the view from my apartment was great. I did have to clean bird droppings from the balcony frequently, but that's the worst thing I found about living here. Conveniently close to I-90 to make getting across town easy, but far enough away that noise isn't a problem. The walking path was great. Moving out was as smooth as moving in. Moved out of Rapid City for several months, but when I move back I'll be looking at Harmony Heights as an option again.

I loved living here! It was in a beautiful area with nice walking paths and great amenities. I got my full deposit back which was nice and I didn't think that would happen because kids.. staff fixed things pretty fast. The only things I didn't like were having white walls, we did have a draft with the windows and sometimes it got icy, draft in the second bedroom closet, no light in second room, I didnt like the shower in the master bath because it had some issues.. But we had great neighbors, low utilities, my husband and I actually had our wedding there because they have a huge clubhouse and it was super cheap to rent out. The pros outweigh the cons and I recommend this place to live. I would move back.

New building with lots of great apartments to rent. Some have great views.

These are the best apartments I've lived in. Super quiet and very safe! Maintenance and Leasing agents are always nice and very helpful. They are one of the most expensive in Rapid City but almost the ONLY one's that offer amenities (and great quality at that). The location is very private, most people have never even heard of them. As for the previous post about feeling uncomfortable because someone is sitting outside their own apartment door. Why do you feel so guilty?? You really shouldn't be concerned because someone is enjoying their steps. I loved my one bedroom and will be moving back as soon as I get into town again. (Left SD for a while and this is the only place I will live)
